Mushroom Cooking - 28th January - Stockport 6:30pm

Learn how to cook your mushrooms! In this session we will be joined by my chef friend and we shall explore the wonderful world of cooking with mushrooms.

We will be preparing our own dish and going through the methods of pickling and fermenting. You'll also take away recipe cards and your own mushroom meal.

Its going to be fun!
